Apartments will be ready after 4:00 p.m. on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 10:00 a.m. on the day of departure.
Phone reservations are tacitly cancelled within 15 days if an advance deposit is not paid.
Guests who do not arrive by evening will lose their reservation if they have not previously informed management of their delay.
Final obligatory cleaning: € 40.
